THE STARGRL
It all begins with A STAR DESIGNED TO SHINE.
STARGRL is seen for her light in a way that makes others envy her, yet she is never truly seen. She must navigate a world that she was dropped into as a fallen star, learning how to survive by dimming and hiding parts of her shine. Her brightness draws desire and projection, but to protect herself she fractures her light, concealing its truest parts in the shadows, existing between admiration and isolation, glowing just enough to live, but never enough to be fully known. She learns that her power does not come from external validation but from embracing every fractured part within her. It is a narrative of survival, glamour, and imagination—where fashion becomes armour, light becomes language, and being seen is an act of rebellion.

RECLAIMING STARGRL DATA
MEANING BEHIND
‘THE INSTALL SHOOT’
Shot by the fast-rising fashion photographer Danni Photography, ‘THE INSTALL SHOOT’ brings STARGRL’s journey to life, reclaiming her data and restoring her identity. With Marigold Film and Colour shaping the set, I wanted STARGRL to be surrounded by computers and projections of her own face, creating a digital landscape where she rediscovers and reinvents herself. Every screen, every reflection, captures the powerful moment of self-reinstallation.
